These terms of trade are accepted by the customer in connection with the placing of orders and will always be available at Sidina'S Shop.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All our prices in DKK are incl. VAT. 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices on the website with immediate effect. The applicable price for the item is the quoted price on the website at the time you reserved the item.
Shipping costs on delivery in Denmark are DKK 59,-. However, shipping is included for purchases above DKK 500, -For orders in Europe and international orders, a shipping fee corresponding to the package size and destination will be charged. Delivery in Europe is freight included with purchases over DKK 1000,-/EUR135. For the rest of the world, outside Europe, there is free shipping on purchases over DKK 2,500,-
SIDONA accepts the following payment and credit cards: dancard, Visa, Visa-Dancard, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American EXPRESS, JCB And MobilePay.
When you place your order, the money will be reserved in your account. However, the payment will be deducted from your account only when we ship the item.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once you have ordered an item on our webshop and have completed the payment, you will subsequently receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Once we have processed your order and it is ready for dispatch you will receive your invoice and the payment will be deducted from your account. We also attach a copy of your invoice with your order.
Delivery
Shipments to Denmark will be sent no later than the next weekday and delivered by GLS within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the rest of Scandinavia takes about 2-5 business days from the order received to the package has arrived. Delivery outside Scandinavia can take up to 5 business days. All products are shipped wrapped in gift box.
SECURITY
SIDONA encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which means that unauthorized people cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.

Gift card
Gift certificates issued by SIDONA can only be used on www.sidona.dk. A gift card's expiration time is clearly visible on the voucher. You can only use one gift card per purchase at www.sidona.dk. The gift card cannot be used to purchase new gift cards.
Return
We offer 14 days full return policy, which takes effect from invoice date. The jewellery must be received within the 14 days at SIDONA in order for them to be returned. Returned jewelry must be in original packaging and condition. If we consider that the jewellery has been used, the return will be rejected.
The shipper itself is responsible for the cost of the return. When returning goods purchased through www.sidona.dk a copy of the invoice of the products must be enclosed. If an item is exchanged for another, a copy of the corresponding invoice must be attached and the product to which it is requested to be exchanged.

SIDONA takes reservations about any pressure and price errors on the website, as well as for sold-out items and any price increases. Therefore, SIDONA reserves the right to approve or cancel all orders and only when the order is approved by SIDONA is a purchase agreement deemed to have been concluded (cf.
